Cer’Princeton Harden resides in Atlanta, GA where he is a 4th and 5th-grade science teacher at the Ron Clark Academy. He attended Prairie View A&M University in Prairie View, TX until his deployment to Fallujah, Iraq with the United States Marine Corps. He came back and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2010. Mr. Harden was awarded Teacher of the Year and served as a science department chair at the Leadership Academy at Forest Oak and presenter for the Fort Worth Learning Model. Cer’Princeton moved to Atlanta in 2019 with his 16-year-old son to pursue his passion for teaching students and fellow educators at the Ron Clark Academy.
Mr. Harden is an extreme advocate for providing his students with meaningful hands-on STEM activities, supporting minorities in science, and mentoring youth as an Exposure and Enrichment Executive Board member in the Success Team Mentoring Program.
Cer’Princeton presents to 1000’s of educators worldwide on virtual Club RCA and in-person RCA conferences on how to use applications such as Stop Motion, Canva.com, and GraphMaker.com, and many more to enhance the technology component in science class. Mr. Harden makes special appearances on different educational podcasts and will be coming back to start his second season of Embracing Every Mess. He is always promoting different minorities on social media to raise awareness of representation in STEM.
Through all of this, Cer’Princeton Harden seeks to inspire his students to strive for progress over perfection using his motto “One day at a time, one step at a time” knowing they are the future of STEM and science.
