The past couple of years have been unpredictable, challenging, full of tough obstacles and difficult for educators all over the world.
Our team thought about what all of these things remind us of, and couldn’t help but relate it to being inside of a challenging game. Sometimes you’re winning, sometimes you’re down on your luck, sometimes you’re enjoying it, sometimes you wish not to be a part of it, but ultimately you are in it giving it your all for your students!
We absolutely admire your tenacity, drive, commitment, creativity and passion. No matter what has come your way, you have shown up every day and have said “Game-On!”
TYHO is by far the most amazing conference I’ve ever attended!! I’ll continue to attend every year! I’ve learned so much from TYHO that I continue to use both inside and out the the classroom each and everyday.
Although I would have loved to meet all the amazing educators in person, it was just as amazing having the privilege to listen to so many knowledgeable educators. I hope to some day be able to attend in person! There are so many unique ideas, so having so many in one place allows us all access to improve our skills. I was able to take something from everyone to improve my students education.

Teach Your Heart Out is committed to the health and safety of our staff and attendees. All conferences will adhere to local regulations throughout the conference, as well as the following safety measures: All attendees, presenters, and staff will be required to wear a mask, covering nose and mouth, while inside session rooms. Teach Your Heart Out will provide one complimentary N95 masks to each attendee, though a personal face covering is permissible. All attendees, presenters, and staff will be required to show vaccination card or proof of negative COVID-19 test (within 48 hours) upon check-in to the conference
Session topics at TYHO are timely and relevant to teachers, as our presenters are classroom teachers and school leaders themselves. Therefore, student needs, while varying from classroom to classroom, are understood by our presenters and addressed in their content. Academic, social and emotional, and interpersonal skills are all examples of student needs that are frequently discussed in sessions.
Attendees at TYHO are encouraged to bring back new learning from the professional development and share with colleagues through school-based training, professional learning teams, or modeled lessons. For schools looking to widen the reach of the training, select TYHO presenters travel to conduct site-based professional development.
Depending on your specific personal or professional goals, the vast variety of session options during a Teach Your Heart Out (TYHO) event allows you to customize your experience and select sessions that meet the needs of your goals.
TYHO brings in highly respected and experienced educators who have been noted for their teaching skills. In each session, the content that a presenter shares will lead to ideas and reflective opportunities for you to consider as you go back to your classroom, leading to personal improvements in your teaching.
While each state and district maintains their own curriculum, our presenters will be sharing tips on how to increase engagement, rigor, and innovation within a curriculum to ensure that all students’ needs are being met. The goal is to empower attendees with the tools and knowledge on how to examine a curriculum and bolster in ways that lead to greater student learning.
The Teach Your Heart Out (TYHO) conferences are the most collaborative, comprehensive, and sought-after experience for teachers, administrators, and education professionals.
